She is certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and holds a Six Sigma White Belt in Customer Service, along with multiple Six Sigma Black Belt badges in Team Leadership & Facilitation, Managing Team Dynamics, and Team Roles & Types. Her work is grounded in nationally recognized family and youth support frameworks, including certification through the National Family Support Network Standards.
